The IMG Academy Ascenders have added another strong player to their roster for the 2024 season. Four-star 2025 quarterback Ty Hawkins transferred to IMG Academy from San Antonio Johnson, where he put up impressive numbers as a junior. Hawkins is a dual-threat, able to hurt defences with both his arm and his legs.
In his career at Johnson, Hawkins threw for 4260 passing yards, 54 passing touchdowns, and just 12 interceptions. He also rushed for 1,753 yards and 22 touchdowns.
